Are bid tabulations public information, or do I need to file a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request?
After bids are opened, all bids are tabulated in a spreadsheet format and posted online. A FOIA request is not needed to access this information.

Bid tabulations (in Microsoft Excel) are also available in hard copy form upon request. Call the Purchasing Department to request a copy.
