September 23, 2016 - The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library has a book club for 4th and 5th graders called “Chat & Chew.” On Wednesday, September 28 from 4:15-5:30 p.m., the book club will chat about the Disney thriller “Serafina and the Black Cloak” by Robert Beatty.
This book is a suspenseful mystery. Serafina is living secretly in the basement of the grand Biltmore Estate when children begin to disappear in the night. Because she roams the estate at night, Serafina knows clues to their disappearance. Should she risk her very existence to solve the mystery? Discuss it with other readers at Chat & Chew!
