Starting Monday, June 9, motorists traveling westbound on M-20/US-10 Business Route (BR) near construction of the Michigan Department of Transportation’s new roundabout will want to note detour routes set to be in place through the week of June 16.
The roundabout is currently under construction just east of Washington Street along the M-20/US-10 BR at the Patrick Road crossover. During this phase of the project, contractors will complete the westbound US-10 BR tie-in to the current roundabout construction.
Motorists traveling westbound on US-10 BR will exit at the Bay City Road interchange, continue west on Bay City Road to Saginaw Road, then proceed north to Discovery Way. From there, motorists will proceed west to Washington Street then north to westbound US-10 BR (Patrick Road).
Traffic needing to exit at either the Waldo or Saginaw road exits will be allowed to do so. Westbound US-10 BR will be closed at the Saginaw Road exit.
