[ARCHIVED] Teens Invited to Help Our During Summer Reading Program

Attention teens! If you like working with children and have some free time this summer, the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library is looking for youth entering grades 7-12 to help with the 2014 Summer Reading Program.

Interested teens are invited to drop by Youth Services or call 837-3466 to register for one of the mandatory orientation sessions, available as follows:

Friday, June 6, 4 p.m.; or
Saturday, June 7, 2 p.m.

A session for returning volunteers only will be held on Tuesday, June 3 at 6:30 p.m.

This year’s summer reading program runs from June 12 through August 9. Volunteer opportunities include working at the summer reading prize table, ushering movies, and assisting with special events held throughout the summer.
