[ARCHIVED] Enjoy Ghoulish Delights at Halloween On Ice

October 22, 2015 – In conjunction with the 2015 Halloween On Ice Tour stop in Saginaw, the Midland Civic Arena will host SkateFest on Saturday, October 24, from 11:30 a.m.-2:45 p.m.

Free and open to the public, SkateFest provides the opportunity for skaters of all ages to participate in free group lessons based on their past experience on the ice. SkateFest is a great way for families to experience skating for the first time.

Skaters will engage in lessons with local U.S. Figure Skating coaches and members of Nancy Kerrigan’s Halloween On Ice Tour. Members of the cast include two-time Olympic medalist Nancy Kerrigan, two-time Olympian Johnny Weir, two-time national champions Katie Denney and John Coughlin, and many more. Attending cast members will be decided at a later date and will be available for interviews prior to the SkateFest, from 11:30 a.m.-Noon.
