October 9, 2015 - Beginning Monday, October 12, City of Midland crews will begin installing sanitary and storm sewers and water main on Shepherd Drive from Eastman Avenue to just west of its intersection with Shepherd. During work, motorists should expect lane closures on Eastman near Joe Mann Boulevard.
The project is slated to be complete by mid-November.
