[ARCHIVED] Water/Sewer Bill Pay Unavailable October 31 - November 1

October 30, 2023 – The City Water/Sewer Online Payment Portal will be unavailable from Tuesday, October 31 at 5 p.m. through Wednesday, November 1 at noon while an upgrade is performed. When completed, the upgrade will provide two new features for users: Payments can be scheduled for a future date or be paid via a checking account in addition to Visa or MasterCard.  

The City Water/Sewer Online Payment Portal can be accessed at Once logged in, residents can sign up for e-billing, view their account, or schedule a payment immediately or for a future date with Visa, MasterCard, or e-check.
