On Tuesday, October 31 from 5 – 8 p.m., ghouls and goblins can enjoy treats – no tricks – for Trick or Treat Downtown event. Participating Downtown establishments will open their doors to hand out treats to kick off Halloween. This is a family-friendly, free event. Costumes are encouraged!
