July 14, 2023 – City of Midland property owners now have a more convenient option for paying their property taxes: Online credit card or electronic check!  Online payment is now available on the City’s website for property owners to pay non-escrowed outstanding tax bills.

To find and pay your City of Midland property taxes online:

  • Visit www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/pay and click “Pay Property Taxes Online”
  • Search for the property by address, owner’s name, or parcel number
  • Select the correct property and click the Tax Information tab
  • Locate the red “Amount Due” box on the right side of the screen and click the “Pay Now” link

Please note: If accessing the BS&A website from a mobile device, click “View full site” at the bottom of the page to see all options listed above.

A 2.8% fee applies to all credit card transactions and an $0.85 fee applies for each electronic check transaction up to $10,000 ($2.00 per transaction over $10,000).

Summer 2023 property tax payments are payable now through September 15, 2023 without penalty.
