Middle School Battle of the Books Returns to the Library

January 27, 2023 – The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library will once again host the Middle School Battle of the Books program specifically for middle school students. Beginning Monday, February 6, students in grades 6 - 8 can register online in teams of 1- 2 people and check out books from the official Middle School Battle book list. All books will be on display in the Library’s Teen Room located in the Lower Level Youth Services area.

Please note that this program will mostly be conducted virtually with the final battle being the only in-person event. All teams that wish to participate have until midnight on Monday, March 20 to register. For all program rules and information, please visit the Library's website at www.gadml.org/msbattle

Library staff members will also deliver books and information to middle schools within the Library’s service area before Monday, February 6. Be sure to keep an eye on the Library’s website for the most up-to-date information.

Battle of the Books is a program sponsored by the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library. Events and information are subject to change.
