[ARCHIVED] Jingle Bell Fun Run Returns Downtown December 1

November 28, 2022 – The Midland Downtown Development Authority and Greater Midland Community Center invite residents to kick off this year’s Holly Jolly Days with the 2022 Jingle Bell Fun Run/Walk on Thursday, December 1 at 6:30 p.m. in Downtown Midland.

This fun, free 1-mile run or walk begins at 6:30 p.m. at the corner of Ashman and Main streets. The race is not a timed event, so people of all ages are welcome to take their time and come dressed in their best festive gear (holiday sweaters, Santa hats, cool socks, etc.). All registered participants will receive a jingle bell necklace to wear during the event. Furry friends and strollers are welcome – the more, the merrier!

In lieu of a registration fee, participants are encouraged to bring nonperishable food items to be donated to the Midland County Emergency Food Pantry for the holidays. Participants decked out in holiday spirit have the chance to win prizes from downtown businesses and enjoy free hot chocolate provided The H Hotel.

The 2022 Jingle Bell Run/Walk is sponsored by The H Hotel. A special thank you to our presenting sponsor for Holly Jolly Days, Dow Credit Union.

For more information and to register for this event, visit www.downtownmidland.com. Questions can be directed to the Midland Downtown Development Authority at (989) 837-3330.
