December 10, 2021 – The MCTV Network will be closed for the holidays starting December 23. Offices and the studio will re-open to the public on Tuesday, January 4 at 9:30 a.m.
MCTV Network’s four public access channels (Community Voices, Community Messages, MPS-TV, and Midland Government Television) should not experience any loss of programming during this time. A complete program schedule may be found on MCTV’s website or the weekend edition of the Midland Daily News.

Midland Community Television is located in the lower level of the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library at 1710 W. St. Andrews Rd. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Evening and Saturday hours are available by request. MCTV is a service of the City of Midland.
