[ARCHIVED] Local Street Reconstruction Projects to Begin July 26

July 19, 2021 – As the 2021 City of Midland construction season continues, several local street reconstruction projects are slated to begin during the week of July 26 that will close the impacted roadways to through traffic.

Project limits and anticipated completion dates are as follows: 

  • Greenbrier Terrace, closed to through traffic from Lambros Drive to Canterbury Drive, with an expected completion date in September 2021.
  • Lindy Street, closed to through traffic from Scott Street to Ashman Street, with an expected completion date in September 2021.
  • Burrell Court, closed to through traffic from Eastman Avenue to the end of the court, with an expected completion date in October 2021.
  • Hubbard Street, closed to through traffic from W. Main Street to Buttles Street, with an expected completion date in October 2021. 

Motorists traveling to a destination within the construction zones listed above should drive with caution while work is underway.
