[ARCHIVED] Media Creator Workshops at MCTV Network

April 30, 2021 – The MCTV Network is offering media creator workshops to the residents and Non-Profits of Midland County. In these workshops, you will learn how MCTV can help share your story to inform, communicate, educate, and entertain the community.

Workshops are designed to be quick, informative, and convenient. In one, 3 hour workshop, you will learn how to get started with producing a TV show, creating an audio podcast, putting your video creation on YouTube, and serving your community by volunteering with MCTV.

Here are the dates and times for our next workshops:

  • Tuesday, May 4, 1:30 – 4:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, May 12, 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Pre-registration is required. Register by calling 837-3474. Cost is $45 which includes the $20 workshop fee and a full year MCTV User membership for $25. To use the MCTV Network, you must be a resident of the City or County of Midland over the age of 12 or represent a non-profit agency within the County of Midland.

Due to COVID restrictions, enrollment will be limited. Participants will be expected to wear a mask and hold to physical distance requirements. A quick health screen and temperature check will be given for the safety of our staff and for others participating in the workshop.
