[ARCHIVED] City Offices, Services Closed on Good Friday

March 26, 2021 – All City of Midland offices and non-emergency services will be closed on Friday, April 2 in observance of Good Friday. In addition, several services will be closed on Sunday, April 4 in observance of Easter.

Residents with Friday, April 2 refuse collection should place items at the curb on Monday, April 5. Place items at the curb no later than 7:30 a.m. to ensure collection. There is no recycling collection for the week of March 29 – April 2. 

The City’s Sanitary Landfill will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Good Friday. 

Dial-A-Ride Transportation (DART) will observe its normal operating hours on Friday, April 2; Saturday, April 3; and Sunday, April 4. 

Jack Barstow Municipal Airport will be attended from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, April 2 and attended for normal hours on Saturday, April 3. It will be unattended on Sunday, April 4.
