[ARCHIVED] Tree Work at Stratford Woods Park Begins November 30

November 25, 2020 – City of Midland Forestry crews will begin tree removal in Stratford Woods Park on Monday, November 30 that will close the woods and a portion of the parking lot to visitors.

Due to the nature of this activity, residents must remain out of the woods and closed parking lot areas until work has been completed. Tree work in the park may be loud and produce a significant amount of debris. Closures of the woods and impacted parking lot areas are expected to last three to five days.

Wood chips from the removed trees may be made available in the Stratford Woods parking lot for residents’ personal use at no cost.
