[ARCHIVED] Brush Monkeys Paint Holiday Scenes in Downtown Midland

November 19, 2020 – Back by popular demand, Ann Arbor-based artists Brush Monkeys will visit Downtown Midland through Saturday, November 21 to spread some holiday cheer with the help of a paint brush.

Brush Monkeys artists will spend several days painting holiday scenes onto the windows of participating locations throughout the Downtown district. Decorated locations will include Ace Hardware & Sports; Amazing Deli; Aster; Benjamin F. Edwards & Co, Inc.; Craft Hemp Company; Crepes Et Amis; Grape Beginnings Winery; Great Lakes Loons; Imagine That!; Little Forks Outfitters; Mercantile Bank; Midland County Convention & Visitors Bureau; Midland Daily News; Molasses Smokehouse + Bar; Pizza Baker; Pizza Sam’s; Poznak Dyer Kanar Schefsky Thompson, PLC; St. Brigid Parish & School; Timm’s Appliance; Tri-Star Trust; Ways to Wellness; WhichCraft Taproom; and Willow Classic Ladies Apparel.

The Midland Downtown Business Association invites residents to visit Downtown during this time to watch the artists at work, stop by their favorite retail stores for some holiday shopping, and grab a takeout order from one of Downtown’s delicious restaurants. Take advantage of the unique artwork and Downtown’s holiday décor to create the perfect holiday photo backdrop!

This event is co-sponsored by The H Hotel, which is providing accommodations for the artists.
