October 9, 2020 – Midland Parks and Recreation is frightfully excited to terrify audiences in a spooky pre-Halloween celebration on Saturday, October 24.
Fright lovers are invited to a free drive-in style screening of Alfred Hitchcock’s thriller The Birds at Stratford Woods Park on Saturday, October 24. The movie will begin at 7:30 p.m.
Viewers will have two choices for watching the movie: stay in their cars and listen via their car stereo or (if you dare!) bring blankets and chairs to sit socially distanced in the parking lot. This event is open to all ages; however, viewer discretion is advised as it may be too scary for young children. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be cancelled.
Stratford Woods Park is located at 3922 E. Ashman Street in Midland.
