[ARCHIVED] Consumers Energy Project on Waldo Ave Begins August 10

August 7, 2020 – Waldo Avenue will be closed to northbound traffic from James Savage Road to E. Patrick Road beginning Monday, August 10 as Consumers Energy begins a utilities project along Waldo.

During construction, northbound traffic on Waldo will be detoured using James Savage Road, S. Saginaw Road, and E. Patrick Road. Southbound traffic will remain on Waldo.

Motorists traveling through the construction zone should drive with caution while work is underway.

The project is estimated to be completed in 6 – 8 weeks.
