[ARCHIVED] New City Recycling Schedule Magnets Coming Soon

A calendar with a date circled in red

June 5, 2020 – City of Midland residents will soon receive in the mail new magnet calendars that contain their recycling collection schedules through June 2023.

Due to restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, printing of these magnets was delayed. Magnets will be mailed later this month to all City of Midland residences along with an educational recycling flyer. It is not necessary to call or email Public Services to request a new magnet.

Residents are encouraged to keep their current magnet to compare with the new magnet they receive to ensure they have been sent the correct recycling week schedule.

Residents can find all of the City’s collection schedules, as well as set email and mobile alert reminders, by using the free Recycle Coach™ app available on mobile from the iTunes Store and Google Play or online at www.recyclecoach.com. Collection schedules are also provided in the annual City Calendar & Services Guide that is mailed to City residents and businesses each December. To request a copy of the 2020 City Calendar & Services Guide, please call 989-837-3307 and leave a message. Collection schedules are also included in the weekly City Hall News email newsletter. To sign up, visit www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/cityhallnews.

For more information on City of Midland collection services, please visit www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/publicservices.
