May 6, 2020 – In accordance with Executive Order 2020-69 issued by Governor Gretchen Whitmer on April 30, 2020, the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library and Midland Community Television (MCTV) will remain closed to the public through Thursday, May 28.
All room rentals will be cancelled during this time period and all physical Library programs and activities will be cancelled through May 28. All due dates on borrowed materials have been extended until June 15, but patrons may return items by using the Library’s return book slot on the outside of the building. Residents may retain oversized borrowed items until the Library reopens.
Residents can access many of the Library’s services online during the closure at www.gadml.org. To contact the Library, patrons can email askgadml@gmail.com, or send a text message to the Library’s text line at 989-750-0060.
Due to its location within the lower level of the Library, Midland Community Television (MCTV) will also be closed to the public during this time. Access users should contact MCTV via phone at 989-837-3474 to reschedule studio shows or for additional information.
