April 24, 2020 – The Midland County Wellbeing Taskforce wants to know how area residents are doing amid the COVID-19 pandemic by asking them to take an online survey that assesses their overall wellbeing.
Through the Midland PERMAH (Positive emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, and Health) Wellbeing Survey, respondents will get results to assess and tips to improve their overall wellbeing while also providing anonymous, actionable feedback to the community’s service providers that will be used to best serve the needs of Midland residents. The more responses received, the better equipped these providers we will be to help residents live happy, healthy lives.
Residents may take the survey now through April 30 by visiting www.midland.permahsurvey.com. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and gives respondents the following benefits:
- Immediately see results – including levels of thriving and struggle – and discover why stress doesn’t have to undermine wellbeing or performance right now.
- Review new survey results against previous results (if taken before) to see how the recent changes are shaping current wellbeing.
- Find small, easy-to-implement activities that can help improve wellbeing and positively impact you and your family, friends, and community
- Download a personalized wellbeing plan packed with tips and questions to help guide the wellbeing journey.
Respondents who had previously taken the survey in the past few months are encouraged to retake it to find new questions related to the COVID-19 pandemic that may be impacting their wellbeing.
