June 6, 2019 – Whether you’ve been yearning to try yoga or are a yoga aficionado, you’re invited to take part in a free Yoga 101 class at the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library this month!
Certified yoga instructor Kelly Jeska will explain the benefits of regular yoga practice and guide participants through an introductory class on Thursday, June 27 from 6 – 7 p.m. in the Community Room. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat if they own one as supplies are limited.
Registration is required and limited to participants ages 18 and older. To register, please stop by the Library Reference Desk or call 989-837-3349.
