May 9, 2019 – Beginning Monday, May 13, a portion of Townsend Street in Midtown will be closed to through traffic as the road undergoes a street reconstruction and water main replacement project.
Townsend will be closed to through traffic from E. Pine Street to E. Carpenter Street during the project; however, access will remain open for motorists traveling to businesses located within the construction zone. Please drive with caution within the construction zone while work is underway.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of July.
