October 12, 2018 – Grace A. Dow Memorial Library will be holding a ‘Take Time for Yourself’ program on Wednesday, October 17 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Activity stations will be set up in the Orchard Room, formerly the Cup and Chaucer, where guests can make bath bombs, doodle for stress relief, check out relaxation music CDs, and enjoy free chair massages from licensed area professionals. Soothing teas will be served as well.
