September 28, 2018 – With the initial phase of the Midland Budget Planning Study now complete, Midland residents will have additional opportunities to share their ideas and expound upon their survey submissions at two upcoming feedback follow-up sessions in October.
Sessions will be held on Tuesday, October 16 and Wednesday, October 24 from 6:30 – 8 p.m. at the Midland Law Enforcement Center, 2727 Rodd Street. At these sessions, participants will learn about the initial research findings and explore ideas for funding City operations in future budget cycles. Both sessions are free to attend and open to the public.

The City of Midland has partnered with Michigan-based benchmarking organization Cobalt Community Research and business analytics firm Munetrix to complete the Budget Planning Study, which will explore residents’ needs and wants for the future of the City’s public safety, public services, infrastructure, community initiatives, and more.
