September 10, 2018 – The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library is offering an Adulting 101 Series in September and October. This educational series is designed to help attendees become more informed and better equipped as adults. Presenters will answer the questions you didn’t know enough to ask.

The series will kick off on Wednesday, September 19 with a class on preparing healthy school lunches that kids will want to eat. On September 26, attendees can learn how to organize your home or office to be more efficient. The class held on October 3 will cover credit scores and budgeting. Curious about insurance? Don’t miss the insurance needs class on Wednesday, October 10. Finally, on October 17, learn how to take care of yourself with a self-care class that will include chair massages, bath bomb making, and other relaxation activities.

Mocktails and appetizers will be served during each Adulting 101 class.

Each class will be held in the Library Community Room on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Call 989-837-3449 for more information or pick up a copy of the Library’s new Adult Services monthly calendar during your next visit!

For more information, please call 989-837-3430 or visit www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/library. The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library is located at 1710 W. St. Andrews Rd and is a service of the City of Midland.
