October 27, 2017 – The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library will be hosting a Happy Halloween Party on Tuesday, October 31 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
You and your little ones are invited to come in costume and join in our Move & Groove music and dance sessions scheduled at 9:45 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:15 a.m., and 1:30 p.m. Afterwards, join in a Halloween Costume Parade that will be recorded and televised on Midland Government Television, available on Channel 188 on Charter Communications, or through Channel 99 on AT&T’s U-verse. Parade times are 10:05 - 10:25 a.m., 10:50 – 11:10 a.m., 11:35 – 11:55 a.m., and 1:50 – 2:10 p.m.
Children can also trick-or-treat at stations throughout the Library and color Halloween pictures.
Move & Groove will take place in the Library Auditorium. All other activities will start at the temporary Youth Services desk in the former Audio/Visual room.
