[ARCHIVED] Two Street Closures Planned for Wednesday as Part of Street Reconstruction Projects

June 16, 2017 – On Wednesday, June 21, two local roads will be closed for work related to two major street reconstruction projects.

Beginning Wednesday, Lambros Drive will be closed at the intersection of Westbrier Terrace for water main construction associated with the 2017 Westbrier and Highbrook Street Reconstruction and Water Main Replacement project.  Lambros will be reopened to traffic by the end of the day on Wednesday. The street reconstruction project is expected to be completed by the end of August.

Also on Wednesday, construction will begin on the 2017 E. St. Andrews Reconstruction project. This project will reconstruct E. St. Andrews from Washington Street to E. Sugnet Street. As a result, E. St. Andrews will be closed to through traffic throughout the duration of the project and traffic will be detoured around the closure utilizing Washington and E. Sugnet. The project is expected to be completed by mid-August.

To avoid traffic congestion in both project areas, travelers should seek alternate routes if possible.
