June 9, 2017 - The Midland Fire Department is pleased to announce that Lt. Christopher C. Lince has completed the U.S. Fire Administration’s National Fire Academy’s Managing Company Officer Program.
The two-year program is designed to facilitate professional development of mid-level officers/supervisors by enhancing management and technical competencies, interpersonal communication skills, professional ethics, and outcome-based performance.
Lt. Lince began his career with the Midland Fire Department in 2001. He resides in Midland with his wife and children.
