[ARCHIVED] Bike/Walk Midland to Celebrate Bike to Work Week

May 5, 2017 – Bike/Walk Midland encourages everyone from avid cyclists to the sporadic biker to spend a week commuting to work via bicycle for Bike to Work Week May 15-19.  

During this week, communities across the country encourage residents to forgo motor vehicles in lieu of bicycling on their commutes to and from work. To promote Bike to Work Week locally, Bike/Walk Midland is hosting its annual competition between Midland’s employers to see who can log the most miles! The employer with the most miles biked will win a trophy and a year’s worth of bragging rights.
