[ARCHIVED] City Recycling Services Postponed on January 12

January 12, 2017 – Due to poor road conditions, the City's recycling contractor has shut down its northern Michigan operations for Thursday, January 12. Recycling will not be collected in the City today.

Residents with recycling pick-up scheduled for today may leave their recycling at the curb for collection tomorrow, Friday, January 13, as road conditions permit.

For more information, contact the City of Midland's Public Services office at (989) 837-6900. For timely service updates, follow the City's Facebook and Twitter channels.

REMINDER: The City's refuse and recycling collection will be impacted due to the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday on Monday, January 16. Residents with Monday refuse and Monday week 3 recycling collection should place their items at the curb on Tuesday, January 17 by 7:30 a.m.
