Zoning compliance permits are required for residential storage sheds 50 - 200 square feet in size, for commercial storage sheds under 150 square feet in size, and for above ground swimming pools. A site plan and a zoning compliance permit are required for these types of projects. More information on zoning compliance permits can be found in Article 31, Section 31.06 of the City's Zoning Ordinance. There is a fee for zoning compliance permits.
