MCTV contributes to the sense of community here in Midland. Many of the major non-profit organizations and many churches have a presence on MCTV. Thanks to the efforts of many volunteers, viewers can watch local community events, educational programs, high school sports, and concerts.

Government & School Board Meetings

Citizens are also more aware of what’s happening in local government by watching the meetings of the City Council, County Board or the Midland Public Schools Board of Education. MCTV is also a 1st Amendment, Free Speech forum which adds to the dialogue of our democracy.
