MCTV Network
Midland's Community Media Hub!
* A service of the City of Midland
The MCTV Network operates four cable access TV channels on Charter Spectrum and AT&T U-verse. All content can be viewed through our website, ROKU, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire devices by downloading the MCTV Network Community Voices app.
Check out the free Cablecast Community Media app on your iOS or Android mobile device to enjoy content anywhere you are!
Community media is more than just video. Our community podcast service allows members to create local, audio only podcasts. Community based media connects Midland residents, providing hyper-local content, transparency in government and a free speech forum to individuals and organizations.
The MCTV Network and Midland Government Television are the City of Midland's public and government access cable television channels. Browse the links to the left to find out more about MGTV-188, MCTV Messages-189, MPS-190, and MCTV-191.
