The S. Saginaw Road Streetscape project is located in the heart of Center City. This project will construct eight-food wide multimodal pathways on both sides of S. Saginaw Road from Dartmouth to Patrick Road, invest in new statement lighting for pedestrians and vehicles, and add new horticulture enhancements to improve the corridor.
