Public Beach Monitoring Information
This beach is being MONITORED by the Midland County Department of Public Health for E.coli bacteria levels in 2023. Samples are routinely collected once a week throughout the summer until Labor Day weekend. Be aware that E.coli levels may be higher after a storm. Use caution 48 hours after a rain event.
A Note About Water Quality
Sometimes unintended wild visitors use the water, too. Swim at your own risk and when using the beach it is always advised that you dry off briskly with a towel to reduce the possibility of swimmers itch.
