This program takes place each spring and encourages creativity among children in the 2nd and 6th grade, by creating a poster on "what makes Midland beautiful." This is a cooperative program involving more than 800 Midland elementary school children. A single representative is selected to represent each school and is honored during a Midland City Council Meeting in May. Posters for the school representatives will be displayed at the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library.
