July 24, 2015 – From Monday through Friday, July 27-31, City of Midland crews will be removing Walker’s Low Catmint plants from the Eastman Avenue traffic island south of Saginaw Road and transplanting them to other locations throughout the city.
From 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., one northbound and one southbound lane will be closed on Eastman. Additionally, one southbound lane on Saginaw Road at the Circle will be closed to facilitate moving these plants to the center traffic island beds from Tuesday through Thursday, July 28-30 from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
